One of the leading independent firms of property consultants is looking to recruit a strategic / policy planner to add to its forward looking and dynamic team. They have offices in Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. The role involves monitoring the Local Development Framework for Southampton, making representations and promoting large sites. on The ideal candidate will preferably be familiar with Local Development Frameworks and it would be a real bonus if you have experience of these in the South East. You should also have a commercial outlook towards development opportunities for their private and public sector clients, private sector experience is not a necessity My client has a real cross section of projects, from period houses to new sites on green and brownfield land. Two of their biggest institutional clients are Church Commissions and Crown Estates. They have several projects involving private estates and their work is predominantly focused on rural areas.
