Are you an enthusiastic, self-motivated planner with an excellent academic and employment record? If so you could be involved in the most exciting projects in London. My client is a leading design, planning and economic consultancy practice. The successful candidate will work on the preparation of planning applications and appeals, site appraisals, planning strategies and development plan representations and on providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process. Their clients include leading retailers, developers and investment institutions as well as local planning authorities. Ideally you will have an understanding of the quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques used in the planning of retail and town centre uses and the application of retail and town centre policy would be an advantage.
