This leading Residential Developer has an established base in London with projects operating throughout the South East. Renowned for its forward thinking approach, my client requires Foreman, Finishing Foreman/Managers, Site Managers and Project Managers across all levels to complement an experienced team.

The role will not only allow the successful individual to develop, but also refine their existing skills and progress within the company. The ideal candidate will be qualified and have a sound knowledge of student housing and relevant role experience. Furthermore, project experience will be from either a residential environment or Main Contractor background. Projects will initially be based in Canterbury, Kent with further projects planned. A sound knowledge of Site operations is essential and must also be able to liaise with both clients and site based management.
