Job Description

At least 3 years experience in the management of traffic flows during works/activities on the highway with specific regard to the Roads Traffic Acts/Regulations, Health & Safety and liaison with Emergency Services/Public Transport organisations.

A proven ability/confidence to deal with problematic situations of conflict with politeness, tact and assertiveness.

A proven ability to work with minimum supervision and within defined parameters to achieve corporate goals

Experience in using new technology/IT in the management and administration of services. Experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.·

Knowledge and experience of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.
