Contracts Manager
My client are a regional contractor with a national presence, they turnover nationally over £900m. In the South West, where this company is based, turnover is approx £100m+. The Taunton office delivers projects between £10k-£0.5m and has been established for 4 years.
A Contracts Manager is required to join the Taunton office to manage several projects valued around £0.5m and above, DOE. Reporting to the Area Manager you will have direct line management responsibility for a number of staff based on site. Ideally the candidate will have knowledge of the local construction market.
