Site Manager – Residential. Guildford. An NHBC register house builder, this developer / builder is intent on providing magnificent homes that “will blend harmoniously with their surroundings - optimising on a style and quality that will hold meaning for future generations”.

The development is a 'Secured Project' near Guildford. The scheme consists of 5 no 2/3 bed units of traditional construction, in a conservation area.

The search is on for a suitably qualified Site Manager who wants to join an enthusiastic project team. An Assistant Manager or Foreman looking for a step up would be carefully considered for the role. The essential ingredient in the successful applicant will be enthusiasm and a desire to succeed at a high level of quality.

Qualifications and Training sought would include Trades certificates or apprenticeships, formal structured training, CITB 5 day Site Management course, Full First Aid 4 day qualification.

Rewards are based on the above factors and a guide salary package would be £40,000 plus car / allowance and a suitable benefits package, however this is open to negotiation. Only applicants who are legally entitled to live and work in the UK will be considered.
