Position: Construction Manager
Location: Suffolk - Newmarket
Salary: £60 - 70k + package
The Client:
This company is a specialist in residential constructs new homes of outstanding quality but notably specialises in restoring and converting historic properties into unique dwellings of exceptional merit and character. Working closely with English Heritage and other conservationists they apply fresh and original thinking to space planning when preserving the original proportions, features and splendour of prestigious and eminent old buildings.
The Role:
This is an exciting role as Construction Manager, you will be overseeing the Production and Commercial factors of this project, working closely with Project managers, Contracts Managers and liaising with the MD.
The Individual:
You will have at least 5 years experience within a similar role as Construction manager with excellent experience in residential and refurbishment construction.
