Site Engineers x 2 with RC background. A range of new projects have been won following our client’s extremely successful expansion programme, ranging from £2 - £5m stand alone RC frames to £15 - £25m D&B projects comprising mixed commercial and residential use. The immediate requirement is for 2 x Freelance Engineers for jobs that go through 2007.

Experienced Civil Engineers are required for the roles of Senior and Site Engineer. These are immediate requirements for this expanding civil engineering contractor. Established over 25 years ago they have established an enviable reputation for winning work and profitably executing their projects.

The Company has a turnover exceeding £100m and is actively pursuing and winning bigger contracts, with work secured for the forthcoming year that will see a considerable growth in turnover. The company has a reputation for pushing the jobs forward in their goal to increase their turnover.

Senior and Site Engineers who have an engineering background and are capable of taking on setting out and basic supervisory responsibilities are needed for site based positions. The successful candidates will come from Engineering backgrounds and will be expected to be predominantly involved in setting out, though they will be also be responsible for QA / QC and the associated record keeping duties.

The Rewards are based on a 5 ½ day working week and the salary level is a guide and can be increased for exceptional candidates, dependant on levels of skill, with benefits and significant bonuses, of 10 – 15 % of salary, in prospect based on meeting and delivery of targets. Long term career and promotion prospects with this industrious company are considerable for above average candidates. You must be able to supervise and assist juniors, Direct Labour and Sub-Contractors.

Qualified to Degree or to tertiary level in a Civil Engineering or Construction discipline field you will have relevant recent UK experience working for a recognised company. Preferably CSCS carded, you must be legally permitted to live and work in the UK to be considered.
