Senior Quantity Surveyor
Up to £55,000 plus package
Interior Fit Out South & Central London

The company we represent is an established refurb, fit-lout and maintenance contractor and part of a large multi national group. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the office in South London working on a number of prestigious projects in the City. Projects vary but are chiefly for private blue-chip clients with values from £50 k up to £5 m and include 1-off commercial fit-outs and routine term maintenance.

Ideally you will have previous experience of Quantity Surveying ideally having worked for a main contractor in the past. The individual should be able to work well within a team as well as developing and providing support to the team and to work well with clients whilst forging relationships with superiors.

The salary will be dependant on level of exposure to industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of between £35 - £45k and a generous benefits package.
