Our client is currently seeking a Contracts Manager as a result of year on year growth and winning some major new contracts.

Based in Bristol my client is a regional construction company with a £25 million turnover, and the right candidate will oversee all projects predominantly within the Leisure and Commercial sectors. You will have complete management of a portfolio of projects which will range in value from £2 - £15 million.

The successful candidate will have good commercial awareness as the Contracts Manager will have financial exposure with each project and will be working closely with the Quantity Surveyors as well as overseeing the operational team on site ensuring that the projects are running on time, within budget and to the client’s requirements. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be involved with aspects such as client development, commercial control and financial reporting.

Suitable candidates will also have building sector experience either from a trades or professional background; you will be able to demonstrate successful project completions or management of multiple projects, with the emphasis upon client satisfaction.
