Site Manager. The Company, formed in the seventies, is a Privately Owned UK Construction company with a turnover exceeding £150m per annum, specialising in New Build, Refurbishment and Fitting Out across all sectors.

Their goals are to provide a service and product of outstanding quality, to add value to any project, to meet and exceed where possible the expectation of the client and consultants in professionalism and method of delivery, to enhance their reputation and to be recognised amongst the best within the industry.

This Project is in Stockwell and requires a competent Site Manager to run a new RC Residential scheme, working patiently with a demanding client. Patience and resilience will be needed to bring about a potentially very successful conclusion.

You may come from either an Engineering or a Trades background, with formal qualifications or years of experience gained on site. Health & Safety is important and you must be able to demonstrate an ability to run a safe site.

Providing dedicated teams of construction professionals who deliver a customer focused service. Employing own directly employed tradesmen and labour resource which provides added efficiency and control, particularly when working within a client occupied premises or home.
