Sherwood Design Engineers has a unique opportunity for an exceptional and creative Civil Engineer to join them as an Associate Engineer in their London office.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 15 years design experience and the desire to grow with our firm and take on increasing levels of management and development responsibility. Site work, travel, research and multi-disciplinary design are prominent aspects of the position. Work Experience Requirements:

• 15 years Design Experience, minimum
• Infrastructure Design Experience is required
• Project work experience in EU preferred

We seek a naturally creative thinker with the proven ability to work in cooperation with a team of highly talented professionals. Experience managing a team of three or more individuals is expected. Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD applications and extensive experience in infrastructure design are essential to the position. A proficient understanding of planning and architecture are highly valued in a candidate as well as experience in sustainable green design. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil (and Environmental Engineering preferred)
• Masters Degree (preferred)
• Additional course work / degree in Architecture, Planning or Landscape Architecture (preferred)
