Job Description
A West London Housing Association wishes to appoint a Technical Standards Officer for an ongoing contract.
The main purpose of your role will be to advise where standards, procedures, policies and strategies are required. You will be developing and modifying a portfolio of technical and practice standards, policies and strategies that provide the framework against which projects will be delivered. It will be your responsibility to be the main point of contact for the resolution of all technical enquiries.
Other duties will include managing the process of information collation, maintenance and dissemination. You must ensure compliance with Health &Safety issues including managing a CDM monitoring database.
The Successful candidate will have worked in a similar position and have good knowledge of building/construction issues including health & safety legislation's and CDM Regulations.
