Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting for a Nurse Manager (Matron) for their 50-bedded Nursing Home in Co. Monaghan.
The suitable candidate should:
• Be fully registered with An Bord Altranais
• Have at least 6 years post registration experience - 3 of which in a care of the elderly environment
• Be an excellent communicator
• Have strong and effective management skills
• Have motivation and leadership skills
If successful, your key responsibilities include
• Operating the unit on a stand alone basis with full support of the team
• Provide a person centred care approach
• Leading a team of staff to achieve high standards of care
