Job Description

To contribute to the achievement of Business & Corporate Plan objectives through the delivery of a high quality and responsive customer focused service, providing high quality improvement services involving the renovation of void properties, general improvement projects and contract management, where appropriate, to all types of housing stock, offering loyalty with demonstrably great attitude, clear focus and perseverance and contributing knowledge and skills to the development and acquisition of new business opportunities.

Key tasks will also include to:
-Undertake surveys of kitchens and bathrooms and draw up relevant documentation on properties included in the planned maintenance renewal programme to ensure full and accurate information and details are developed.

-Undertake stock condition surveys using appropriate information technology to ensure full records are maintained.

-Undertake asbestos sampling as and when required to ensure issues are dealt with appropriately.

Working experience equaivalent to modules required at HNC building studies level.
