Job Description
Would you like to work in Canary Wharf? Have you the Technical knowledge to co-ordinate the build without supervision? Do you have the experience to talk to contractors and site managers to get the job done?
Our client is based in Canary Wharf, they are looking for an individual, with experience in technical management with a developer background. They are a medium size firm with bespoke developments, currently running with 100 units per year, with an aim to produce 500 as a future target.
This is a management role in an office of 20 people, you will work under the supervision of the Technical Director, however initiative is part of the job description, the benefits include Pension, discretionary bonus and share save scheme after one years service.
