A housing Developer who is a FTSE 200 Top Company, established in the 1920's this company has Grown to be one of the flagship Developers in England. Has also set up a name in America and across Europe.

Due to expansion and internal promotions a management opportunity has arisen to take the next stage for this company. A Technical Manager is required to cover sites all over London, the position reporting to the Technical Director, you will be required to manage an Architectural team, as well as the current jobs on going. Previous Developer experience preferred however will consider management background within Architecture. Current UK building regulations are a must.

Currently producing 900 units a year they will be looking to create new regions so as not to build more than 650 units per year, so the opportunity to grow within this company is guaranteed. As well as a market leading salary package for the right candidate
