Planner Programmer. Very successful fit out and refurbishment contractor has an immediate requirement. Having completed phase one of a major refurbishment contract on a major London Hotel they are now seeking to programme works for a modified phase two.

Working closely with one of the company directors, you will be expected to compile programmes for the activities involved. An understanding of construction operations from a practical standpoint combined with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Project 2000 and programming will enable you to assemble a viable programme.

Initially based at the client’s offices, in Surrey, you may need to make occasional site visits into central London, but the offices are close to mainline stations. The hours will be normal office hours and the role is expected to last initially for a few weeks. However an extended run of work may be available for a suitable candidate. Only candidates who are legally entitled to live and work in the UK will be considered.

Hourly rates are open to the right candidate to demonstrate their worth.
