Job Description
An eye for design and a passion for technical detail? Qualified with up to date building regulations HNC, GNVQ in Building studies or Technologies We are currently looking for a Designer who has experience within a house builder.
You will be responsible for delivering planning applications, completing the working drawing packages and co-ordinating the technical aspects of the projects.
You will need to demonstrate team building skills as you will be working with Design and Technical teams, finalising all drawings, and visiting sites to support the construction staff aswell as lending a hand to brochure layout.
This is a varied position and suchyou will be rewarded with a comfortable salary, company car or allowance, pension and yearly bonus.
