Job Description
London based local authority requires a surveyor to carry out inspections in order to diagnoise building defects relating to disrepair. Day-to-day maintenance and management of rented properties within their area of responsibility. Produce schedules of works and reports on findings of the inspections.
Excellent communications skills required as you will be dealing with tenants, solicitors and other surveying companies.
Occassionally you will need to attend court.
Experienced in report writing desirable.
