FINISHES MANAGER / FOREMAN. ISLE OF DOGS. The Company have been an influential leader in urban development and regeneration for over 20 years, operating from a Head Office in London.

Their portfolio comprises high rise luxury residential schemes, retail-related investment projects, commercial and office developments and projects in the leisure and tourist sector.

We need a very capable and experienced individual to oversee the finishes and hand over of the restaurants and dining areas of a new complex in a £ multi million high profile development.

The development has enjoyed phenomenal sales success, with only the last phase of 30 two-bedroom apartments, one 'Premiere Suite' and one penthouse available in the development’s main apartment building.

Most of the apartments benefit from the use of glass fronted balconies and full height architectural glazing to provide a light contemporary ambience whilst maximising the views on offer. Furthermore, because they are located at the end of the main apartment building, some of the apartments feature views over the Capital from both the front and rear of the property.

Coming from a trades background you will be aware of the importance of achieving a perfect finish in all aspects of the finished article. Your career path will demonstrate successful handling of prestigious projects

We are able to offer a salary of £50,000 plus completion bonuses, or a Freelance option for a few months, with a view to moving on to the next development. Applicants who have worked on fast track, high quality hotel, restaurant or high street stores would be suitable.
