Job Description
Geneva Health has a fantastic opportunity for a clinical night manager Pediatrics!
This Position Requires:
Valid part 1 NMC registration
Management qualification
Educated to Diploma/Degree level
At least 5yrs post registration experience at management level in an acute setting
Budgetary awareness
Understanding of Child Protection issues
Ability to make decisions regarding general management of the hospital at night
Deal with enquiries/complaints and resolve as far as possible without referral.
Respond and take the lead in emergency situations.
Ability to lead and manage organisational change
You must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
