Job Description
This nationwide company is recruiting for a Design Manager to head up a Regional Architectural Team based in the Hertfordshire Office.
Our Client has been voted winner or runner up for the supreme accolade "Britain's Best Builder". They have an outstanding record when it comes to winning awards in all aspects of the development process.
This opportunity will give responsibility for effective management of the Planning and Design section of the team to ensure targets are met, including evaluating and developing the potential of new sites, cost effective design of new developments, preparation of planning applications.
You will be qualified as a professional Architect to RIBA standard and be competent in the use of AutoCAD, the Design Manager will require a black CSCS card or working towards a relevant industry qualification
