Job Description
This senior position within a well-respected Housing developer is needed to manage the Technical design development process following land acquisition through to completion.
Established over 30 years our client is unrivalled and committed to providing quality new homes, with a portfolio of traditional detached including medium to large-scale developments.
This is a challenging role which will need input through the entire development lifecycle from initial brief and appointment of the team, through to the last technical query prior to build completion.
The ideal person will have proven track record, with outstanding career development and management experience in a similar role. Senior people within professional architectural practices who would be interested in a change in career direction will also be welcomed.
