Job Description
Our client urgently requires a Town Planner to join the Historic Buildings and Conservation team responsible for listed building consent, conservation area consent and related planning permission.
The successful candidate will prepare conservation character appraisals and management plans, involving fieldwork, documentary research and the compilation of draft maps and texts. You will offer expert advice to private agents, developers and the public on planning matters involving listed buildings and conservation areas including repair methods and conservation techniques.
