Commercial Person. We are currently seeking a Commercial person to administer / compile the company’s monthly reporting involving the following:
• Cost close out for Projects
• Compiling the cost value reconciliation’s and formatting into schedules
• Compiling progress reports and compiling into schedules
• Updating forecasts and cash flow charts

The company is an established Civils Contractor with an annual turnover around £100m. They have been operating for over 25 years and this position has come about through the continued growth that this successful contractor has enjoyed.

Their current work involves a range of projects including 2 additional Design & Build projects of £23m and £35m, Traditional RC frames from £1.5 to £17.5m, structural cut and carve jobs in the city from £300k to £8m as well as traditional build jobs.

Ideally with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, you will have a proven track record of working on similar projects for contractor or main contractor.

It is anticipated that the company will continue to increase its market share and will continue to exceed its year on year growth. Those people joining at this stage will find that they are joining an established company with 25 years plus experience of working in the London environment.
