Job Description
This Leading Cost Consultancy and Project Management company based in Central London are actively looking for a Senior Project Manager.
You will able to act with greater autonomy than the a Project Manager and competent to be entrusted with the role of providing a full day to day PM role on a project of the equivalent complexity of say a typical £20m new build office, reporting to a Partner or Associate.
Conversely, working on a range of smaller but more challenging projects or running a significant component of a major project, reporting to a Partner or Associate. Clear ability to form effective relationships with clients and gain their confidence.
You must also be able to act as a mentor/leader for more junior staff.
You should hold a 1st Degree in the built environment and hold a professional construction qualifications such as RICS, MICE, MCIOB.
