Job Description
My client is urgently looking for a Registered Manager to run a 48 bedded nursing home in the Buckinghamshire area. The ideal candidate will be an RMN preferably or an RGN with a wealth of experience in dealing with dementia sufferers. The home is a large purpose built two-storey care centre with superb views. The home has recently been taken over by a large care provider, but prior to this the establishment has had a checkered past. Therefore the company requires a very credible manager who is very resilient and is determined to take on a challenge. Considering the location and the home itself, there is no reason why this home is not a very successful place. This extremely challenging position is an excellent opportunity for any manager who wants to prove themselves within a large successful company. The salary will be in the range of 35k-37k with a performance based bonus on top, worth up to 6k.
