Job Description

On one area of the site there will be a large RC basement with conventional steel frame structures above, with shuttering for all upstands and vertical elements, decking and tables. Extensive areas of hard and soft landscaping will be included.

We are looking for an Engineer with a broad engineering background capable of organising the Engineering elements of this site through the various phases. A tertiary level Engineering qualification would be acceptable. Previous experience with one of the recognised RC frame contractors or an established Groundworks contractor would be preferred. This is a role that would be suitable for a Site or Setting out Engineer seeking to take on a more Senior Engineer’s role, moving into management as Package and Project Engineers thus advancing their careers.

Our client is recognised as a successful groundworks and RC frame contractor working in the south of England. You will need good communication skills, be IT literate, able to liaise with the various statutory bodies involved with this work and above all represent our client in a professional manner.

This is a 10 to 12 month project and our client is seeking a committed candidate for the role. A 5.5 day week will operate. Ideally CSCS certified and with a current First Aid certificate, you should be a car driver. Excellent rewards for the right candidate.
