The current requirement is for a Project Manager – RC Frame, with a good technical knowledge of RC frames and their construction methods, able to ensure that the client’s exacting standards are met. This is a £6m residential project so there is plenty of opportunity for either a long contract role on a CIS basis, or a permanent position.

The project is a £6m project providing residential accommodation over the next 8 months. Ideally you will have a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong engineering background and wish to put your technical knowledge to good use. This is a role that requires strong man management skills, the ability to produce high quality finishes, GRP moulds are in use for as struck finishes, diplomatic and negotiating skills and a sense of humour.

Heading up a professional team; Programming, Method statements, client and sub-contractor meetings, technical resolutions and ensuring a high standard of Health & Safety will fill your working day. In return you will be well rewarded both in immediate salary and in terms of production bonuses. There are already good Engineering and supervisory staff engaged. Only candidates who are legally entitled to live and work in the UK will be considered.

£65,000 Package plus bonuses of 10 – 15 % or Freelance option
