Engineer trained/ qualified. Our client is currently looking for a suitably experienced Project Manager to run a new build RC frame project. There is a need for considerable dimensional accuracy in this new project. The drawings will all be issued in electronic format and you should have had previous experience in working on an IT compliant project. The bulk of the work will be complicated and intricate, with all the architectural details being set out to co-ordinates on the structural RC sub- and super- structural elements and the finishes.

Your Experience will probably have given you a minimum of 5 -7 years working and setting out in field conditions on large projects, preferably for a contractor, be able to produce suitable Method Statements, read and understand architectural, construction and services drawings, with a CSCS certificate, and permission to live and work in the UK.

The Project is a multi-storey office development set on a Greenfield site south of Oxford, so you will need to have access to a car / transport to access the area. RC frame experience on a fast track development, where you need to be able to function in a number of aspects at the same time will be the experience that you require here.

Clear communication and good Engineering training, with the ability to liaise clearly both with the client and the directly employed site staff, a confident approach in dealing with the main contractor resolving drawing and information queries, a good work ethic with your colleagues are all attributes of the Project Manager that we are seeking.
