Job Description
A popular central London Borough is looking to appoint an Information Analyst to the Policy and Information and Planning Projects team.
The role will involve maintaining a range of statistical and other data sources and making them available and providing advice in their usage.
Contribute to borough wide and strategic policy analysis and development across a wide range of issues and in particular to the review of the Local Development Scheme and associated Local Development Framework.
Collecting, collation and analysis of a wide range of information and data necessary for policy analysis, monitoring and for major Council initiatives (e.g. Neighbourhood Renewal Areas) at strategic, borough wide and local levels. In particular analysis of the Census and the submission of the Annual Monitoring Report.
The ideal candidate will have similar work experience from previous roles, knowledge of Town and Country Planning and hold a qualification in Information and or Research plus experience of Information Planning or comparable field.
