The role is on a new complex where there are some fairly complicated aspects in the setting out as there are raking columns and the offsets are taken from varying grids throughout the building.

Ideally holding a CSCS card you will be available for the next 6 – 9 months and be prepared to work on a busy site. As part of your role you will be expected to ensure that the QA/QC procedures are carried out and duly recorded, liaising with the chippies and fixers you will report to the Site Manager. You should be qualified to Degree or Diploma level or equivalent.

This job involves working for an established groundworks contractor where Engineers are given the credit due to their profession and you will receive strong support for your work on site. Good hours available. The scope ranges from excavation to drainage to pile caps, HD bolts and bases, moving on to RC structures and staying on for the externals. Only candidates who are legally permitted to live and work in the UK will be considered.
