Job Description

The Schemes are similar in that they are both on brownfield sites, have involved demolition and piling, moving on to sub and superstructural RC work. In busy areas, there is a need to have been exposed to the requirements of running sites with access and working constraints. They are multi-storey developments with varying densities of social / affordable housing and private residential accommodation, some commercial development will be incorporated at ground floor level.

You will have a background that has taken you progressively forward through the management route. Your profile will show that you have a minimum of 5 years in the major RC frame sector, and have either run the concrete operations on projects of this scale or else been a very competent 2nd in command for a number of schemes.

Rewards well above the industry average are available for the right person. The quoted salary and package will be adjusted to suit your level of ability.
